VIDEOGRAPHER
- Work with the Account/Creative team to receive, discuss, and clearly understand briefs from clients regarding the video content to be executed. - Participate in building and contributing ideas, scripts, and storyboards for promotional video projects, reels, TVCs, etc. - Perform pre-production filming: including location scouting, equipment preparation, lighting, frame setup, etc. - Preserve, operate, and propose maintenance/upgrades for photography equipment, lighting, backgrounds, props, etc. - Shoot professional films at hotels, resorts, tourist destinations, etc., according to the approved plan. - Video editing and post-production: editing, cutting and splicing, color grading, lighting, sound design, visual effects, etc., ensuring the product meets quality standards based on the pre-prepared content or client requirements. - Export videos according to the quality requirements of each different platform. - Monitor work progress and establish production plans for each filming and editing project. - Coordinate closely with related departments to ensure synchronization in the final output product. - Update new filming and editing trends, effects, and modern post-production techniques to enhance product quality and creativity. - Store, provide, and manage image and video data for relevant parties as needed. - Adhere to deadlines and ensure product quality according to client requirements and company standards. - Report on job evaluations, performance reports, and related KPI reports to superiors.
- At least 01 year of experience in an equivalent position. - Have experience working in the field of video editing for clients in the Hospitality industry. - Proficient in specialized filmmaking software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and filming/photography equipment such as cameras, gimbals, flycams, lights, mics, etc. - Ability to work flexible hours to fit clients' schedules, while managing multiple projects at the same time. - Good communication skills, able to work under pressure. - Resilient health, capable of going on business trips to other provinces.
