Some cities are lived in. Others are lived for. Da Nang has always belonged to the second kind - a city of rivers meeting the sea, of morning markets and midnight bridges lit gold. And now, it has one more reason to belong to that story: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe. This wasn't a mall launch. It was a city-scale love letter - a full-spectrum creative campaign that turned a shopping destination into a cultural landmark, and turned "livable" from an adjective into a feeling people could walk into. Chiic World Vietnam was entrusted with building that feeling from the ground up, across three connected chapters: Chiic Digital for Branding & Digital Marketing and Chiic Tourism for Event Organization.

The Challenge
- The real challenge wasn't creating something new - it was creating something new inside an already-defined framework.
- How do we let an international mall brand like AEON hold onto its global recognition, while still feeling custom-made for Da Nang - not a copy-pasted local sticker, but a version that genuinely belongs to this place?
- How do we tell a cross-cultural story (Da Nang – Vietnam – Japan) without falling into cliché illustration or shallow symbolism?
- How do we sustain a high-frequency content engine - teasers, countdowns, behind-the-scenes glimpses, launch-day energy - while keeping it consistent, non-repetitive, and never running out of steam over time?
- Consistency is easy. Consistency that still surprises customers - that's the harder craft.

Consistency is easy. Consistency that still surprises you - that's the harder craft. We designed a full suite of brand collateral - from signage and wayfinding to print, digital templates, and environmental graphics - unified under one visual signature but never repetitive. Every touchpoint carries the same DNA: bold, warm, cross-cultural, instantly AEON - while still feeling custom-made for this mall, in this city.

We built a high-frequency content engine of social posts - a steady, deliberate drumbeat of teasers, countdowns, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and launch-day energy, designed for maximum shareability and information reach.

"TÔ THÊM SẮC MÀU ĐÁNG SỐNG" If Branding was the promise and Digital Marketing was the buzz, Grand Opening was the proof - the day everything came together in one place, in real time.

KEY VISUAL
The opening concept was built around a single idea: the intersection - Đà Nẵng meeting Việt Nam meeting Nhật Bản, all in one night. The illustration world from Branding was extended and amplified specifically for the event - bolder, more celebratory, built to fill a stage rather than a feed.
























PRINT DESIGN
Invitations, signage, and print materials carried the same visual signature from screen into hand - so guests felt the brand world before they even stepped through the door.
