Chiic Digital partnered with Radisson Resort Mui Ne during one of the most critical phases of the project—from pre-opening to grand opening—to establish a compelling brand identity and create market awareness before the resort officially welcomed its first guests. Beyond delivering Media Production, PR, and Design services, our team collaborated closely with the client to shape the resort's brand positioning by developing the core messaging, communication strategy, and campaign tagline. Every creative asset and communication touchpoint was designed to consistently express the resort's identity as a premium beachfront destination under the Radisson Hotels brand. The project laid the foundation for a successful market launch by combining strategic branding with impactful visual storytelling and integrated public relations

The Brief

As a newly developed luxury beachfront resort, Radisson Resort Mui Ne required a comprehensive launch strategy that would introduce the property to the Vietnamese market while aligning with the global standards of the Radisson Hotels brand.
